Description
This is the ipa from the iOS 9.2-9.3.3 64bit devices only. This will only work on those firmwares. please do nt try it on any others.
What you have to do is open PP Tool and accept Notifications. Click the circle in the middle of the screen. Then lock device. You will get a Push Notification to install Cydia. swipe to open it. and wait.
