Not on the App Store. Sideload it and sign it with your own Apple ID.
A note on widgets. Top Charts, Made For You and Live Radio work on every install — they read the catalogue directly and need nothing from the app. Now Playing, Recently Played and Pinned show what you're actually listening to, which reaches them through an App Group.
If those three widgets read "Widget data is locked", your signer dropped the group instead of rewriting it. The other three keep working regardless.
Change Log
Search for a song, tap it, and Octave used to load every other result behind it as your queue. For a well-known song that means a wall of covers, karaoke uploads, live bootlegs and sped-up edits — thirty-odd recordings of the same title by people you never searched for — and autoplay, the thing that is supposed to follow a song with music that actually relates to it, did not get a turn until every one of them had played. The queue said so out loud: "From Search · 38 queued". A result list is a ranked guess, not a lineup, so it is no longer treated as one. Tapping a search result plays that song and hands what comes next to autoplay, the same way playing a song from anywhere else in the app has always worked. Albums, playlists and mixes are untouched — those genuinely are collections, and they still play straight through. Asking Siri or Shortcuts to play something got the same fix, since it was queueing forty matches while telling you it had played one. And songs that autoplay adds to any queue are now labelled as autoplay's, so Up Next stops attributing a radio to whatever album or playlist you happened to start from.
